to many revs at hghway speeds 120-130 1966

Hello,

I have a 66 122 that doesn't like the freeway. The other day while on one of my rare highway trips I was wondering if I could change the 4th gear for something higher? Anybody done this?

I rarely drive on the freeway (this was the first time in months). Despite being a daily driver, I rarely get over 30mph, so I'm usally in 3rd. I need a rebuild and was thinking while I'm at it I could change one or more of the gears.

I've thought about just getting an OD, but that would cost more and have more parts to fail, altough an OD would probable be more drivable.

Thanks
High Revver
