Proper Idle RPM's and Worn Idle Control Motors 700 1990

B230F NA with Regina system. Does anyone know what the target idle speeds are (cold and warm) that the CPU calls for in this system? I'm starting to think the Idle Control Motor is hanging in certain spots but I don't know.

Also, does anyone recall discussion here on the board about the Idle Control Motors getting groves worn into their commutators, causing them to not want to transition smoothly?

(Now I'll go check the FAQ's for info.)

Thanks again for any leads.
