Car dies while driving. 700

It's only happened once so far, but I want to take care of this since it can cause a bad situation. Anyway, I was slowing to a light when the engine just quit running. It wouldnt start for another 2 minutes. It cranked perfectly fine, but didnt even sputter a little as I was trying. Then it worked again like nothing was wrong. Also, last week, I had trouble starting the car 5 minutes after a hot shutdown. Same thing, cranks and cranks and then after a minute or 2 starts up like nothing happened. Sounds to me like an ignition module is going bad. Sound plausable? Any other things I should check?
