BRAKE UPGRADE FOR '69 142? 140-160 1967

DO THE ROTORS FROM A 240 FIT THE 140? I'VE ALREADY UPGRADED TO 160 VENTED ROTORS UP FRONT AND WANT TO GO A LITTLE FURTHER. THERE SEEMS TO BE PLENTY OF DRILLED AND VENTED ROTORS FOR THE 240 AND I WANT TO SLAP THEM ON MY 140. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE I COULD FIND WAS THE DIAMETER BUT ON THE FRONTS ITS ONLY 35 HUNDRETHS, WICH MEANS ITS LESS THAN 2 TENTHS OF ROTOR LOST WHERE MY PAD FITS. DOES ANY ONE KNOW IF THE OFFSETS ARE THE SAME? AS FOR THE REARS THE DIAMETER IS A LITTLE MORE DRAMATIC AT 6 TENTHS SMALLER FOR THE 240 AND THE HANDBRAKE IS ALSO DIFFERENT BUT NOT BY MUCH.
