Oil Viscosity for B18 120-130

Temperatures here in Minnesota can dip down to 40+F below. What would be the best oil for a B18 engine in this climate? Would something like Mobil1 0W40 work? 0W30? 5W30?

I have Castrol High Mileage 10W30 in it now and am concerned about cold starts. I've heard that using Lucas Oil additive is a good idea but that stuff is thick. I've also heard adding Marvel Mystery Oil can reduce the start viscosity (or the first number in the viscosity rating). Is it unwise to add both Lucas and Marvel?

Any thoughts.
