Ground problem with instruments 700

I have a funny problem with some of the warning lights on the instrument cluster. The light for the high beam is on when the high beam is off and the other way around. Also, at the same time the oil pressure light comes and goes. then, suddenly, everything is back to normal for a few days or hours. Then once again, oil pressure light starts to fade in and out and the hih beam light comes on with the high beam off. I presume this is a ground/earth issue but where? Only these two lights seem affected.
