Urethane bushings 200 1983

Anybody have any experience with these bushings on ebay?

The price is nice, which makes me wonder about the quality.

What about Superflex bushings from MVP?

Any bushings that it would be better to use rubber? For example, if the Volvo rubber bushing has a long life and the urethane replacement would significantly increase noise/vibration/harshness, I might prefer to use the stock bushing. I use the car on 8 hour trips monthly but on mostly smooth roads. I'm thinking of going with urethane bushings everywhere that doesn't connect to the body. Is this a good idea? I do intend to upgrade the suspension for increased performance as $$$ permits. Right now the car is stock and the suspension needs help. Is urethane a significantly better value even if initial cost is higher?

Thanks
