940 bumper got crooked, fix myself? 900 1992

So my brother was driving MY 940 behind my dad, who was driving my brothers 940. My brother wasn't paying attention and hit my dad. No injuries but, when we got home we realized my bumper is crooked.

Specifically, the right side is pressed inward a bit, and the plastic around the fender rubs against the right tire if you make a sharp turn.

So, should I use a sledgehammer/crowbar and try to straighten it myself? I'm not sure if the metal under the bumper is bent, or what.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I'm a student so I'm afraid to take it to a dealer because of the $$$. :)

Thanks!
