Just picked up my new rear door panels for my 960, no more wrinkles under the window!!! 900 1995

I picked up the rear door panels today under the Volvo dealer exchange program. The front door panels should arrive late next week. They are a perfect match. I took my doors off earlier today...took all of about 5 minutes per door to remove. Handed my doors over to the dealer, and he gave me two new(recovered) doors. What you get from the dealer is just the base door panel...no leather inserts or speaker cover. You keep them from your original doors and transfer them to the replacement doors. Total cost for the rear doors was around $250.00. I cleaned the leather inserts before reattaching to the door panel, and they look brand new. The only problem I discovered is the plastic on the back of the leather inserts where the screws pass thru to mount them to the door panel have cracked and in some cases broken off. I used an epoxy glue to fix the tabs that are left. I should be able to mount the leather inserts without to much difficulty, but I may have to get creative where the plastic tabs are completly broken off. Damn plastic :-(
