What about this fuel pump? 200

With the cash flow being a bit tight, I've taken this "fix the loudest noises" attitude towards reparing the brick.

For a while one of the fuel pumps (presumably the main one) would make horrid scratching noises occasionally when the tank was about 1/2 or less full (I suspect the pre-pump hoes). Car has also been a bit hard to start cold (I'm thinking the check valve on the main pump).

Now it's taken to making even more horrid noises now.. even after I've filled her up. The question is: have I managed to ruin both pumps? I haven't blown any fuel pump fuses, and she seems to accelerate okay.

The pre-pump looks a bit scary to replace.. but how hard is it to replace the main pump?
