Is it worth fooling with, how much could be used except for the engine? 200

You can put all the power lock motors, window motors, door panels, armrests, and any other interior stuff into your 86. The seats are different, mainly in the headrest and backrest design but they'd bolt into the floor the same way. If it was me, I'd grab the tach and small clock, the door panels, armrests and motors, and call it a day. The AMM in the '83-84 cars is weak, and it costs more than that car is worth. The 86-88 cars are better built (except for wiring harnesses) and have the better engine and transmission.
You may want to grab the glovebox and parking brake cover if they're any good, those both wear out on all 240s. Also get the driver's window glass if the bottom metal edge is not screwed up. Sooner or later you'll need one. Grab the cruise control parts if there is one on it too.
