is it injector o-rings 200

i have a 1990 240 dl, the car ran into some problems a couple months ago, pulling codes 232 231 113, all relate to rich/lean and injector problems. i have replaced the following:
-air mass meter
-coolant temperature sensor
-fuel pressure regulator
-new air intake hose

the car ran fine for a couple of months and now the problem is back. it usually occurs at idle. the car is doing good and all the sudden rough idle and slight black smoke. i was wondering could this be the o-rings on the injectors? my volvo mechanic believes that is the problem, but he charges 100$ per injectot to replace and labor. before i spend this money i was wondering if it could be the ECU. I am confused due to the fact the problem is so intermediate. any insight or help would be much appreciated. oh i was also wondering if there was any way to seal the injectors temporarily with silicon or something to try to target the problem thanks again.
