Speedometer question(s) again 700

The damn thing is still jumping around when i'm at a stop. It only does this when my headlights are on. I need to know where the ground is for the speedometer. The FAQ says that it is under the right dashboard, but i've heard that its under the left side. And is it directly under the dash, like under the steering wheel, or is the panal that is next to the door that has a "vent". I pulled the one next to the door and found two ground wires, both of them were in good condition. Neither of them seemed to affect the speedometer.

Any help or pictures would be great. I hate gaining 3 miles while at a stop sign. Takes away the fun of actually hitting those higher mileage numbers.
