Dash removal help 200 series ? - Chris Herbst notes ? 200

I am doing some heater work on my 1985 245 want to remove the dash for better access. Someone in previous messages mentioned tips by Chris Herbst here. I cannot seem to find it with the search engine . Could Chris or someone else please provide a link or outline the procedure again . - Thanks.
