Rookie needs help: Boges, Bilsteins, or Konis

I have 2 240 DLs, one is an 1989 and one is a 1990. They both have about 110K and are on their original shocks.

Although the cars seem to ride OK, the rear shocks look like they are about rusted out.

So I took out my trusty IPD catalogue and took a look at what they had. I was suprised to see the price differences. My choices were:

Boge Automatics: $38.00 each
Boge Turbo Gas: $49.95 each
Bilstein Touring: $60.00 each
Bilstein Heavy Duty: $98.95 each
Konis: $135.80 each

I use the cars for daily drivers. No racing. I seldom go over 70.

Any advice on where the best value for me is? Also, should I replace the struts at the same time I replace the shocks or can I do shocks only?

Please advise. Thank you.
