Finished my first race 140-160

I tightened the castle nut damned tight, spun the
hub, loosened the castle nut, spun the hub, tightened
the castle nut damned tight, spun the hub...

When I finished this, I loosened the castle nut,
then tightened it until it was tight, then backed it
off 1.5 flats and set wire thingy through the hole.
I was told that I should back it off two flats but
at 2 flats there was lots of play and the shiny
metal cover that sits between the bearing and the
castle nut flopped around. At 1.5 flats there was
a teeny amount of play but not much. It has no play
relative to the way it was before (clunk clunk clunk)
but there is indeed a little tiny bit of play.

I have yet to take the car on the highway.
