Fuel pump? 700

You may have two problems going on. The drivability issue is indicative of a fuel pressure problem, probably due to a bad in-tank pump, since you say it seems better with more fuel in the tank.
The vibration, especially in reverse, seems to point to worn or separated engine mounts. Check especially the rear transmission mount for split rubber. That one's cheap, the front ones are a bit more if you have the hydraulic mounts. You could set the parking brake, open the hood and have someone observe the engine as you load it up by slipping the clutch, in both reverse and first gear. Excessive engine movement or vibration would indicate mount problems.
Good luck!
