There is a brand new SWAG Steel Timing Gear Set on ebay coming up in
4 1/2 hours. The page is:

These are listed for B30E/B30F but same gears and other parts included will
also fit B18 and B20 engines, carbureted or FI. Early engines can use a
modified timing cover that will take the red neoprene seal that comes with
the set.

So all you folks looking for timing gears, there is one set.
(I already have enough of them.)
