residue on dip stick

I have an '88 760 turbo wagon with 154k on it. I'm seeing some residue or foamy looking gunk on the dip stick. I do notice that the crank case seems to have more pressure than normal when I open the oil fill cap. I replaced the fill cap gasket a couple days ago because of the oil coming out of the cap. I had the crank case ventilation device replaced a couple years ago. The gunk on the dip stick seemed to start soon after I had the turbo rebuilt which was about 20K ago but after that much mileage and the 6 oil changes since, all the junk from the rebuild should be flushed out. The engine runs strong but consumes about 1.5 quarts between 3K oil changes. Any ideas on the dip stick gunk & crankcase pressure ?
Thanks.
