122s modifications 120-130 1964

hello clever volvo heads

i have bought a 1964 122s here in oz, which i couldnt resist as it was cheap and rust free

i would like to modify it as follows (can anyone give advice about how to or if possible)

1 can a b23/b230 from a 240 fit? (plus the m45 gearbox)
2 what can i do to upgrade the brakes (eg twin cicuit, front 240 brakes)
3 i have a set of the 5 spoke gt/glt mags - the stud pattern is not the same can i make these fit without spending a fortune?
