Ignition Q, timing? 700

I am having a bit of a problem with my 740 Turbo... it seems to have a little bit of hesitation at the top end. I have been troubleshooting it to track down the problem but I havn't come up with anything. I first worried that it might be leaning out, but I hooked up a wideband O2 sensor and the A/F seems to be fine. It runs a bit rich (around 10.5:1 at top Rpm), but nothing which should cause problems.
It just doesn't seem to be smooth and snappy at the top end, which leads me to think it might be an ignition problem. Does anyone know any way to check the ignition timing on the motor? (under load) I'm wondering whether my knock sensor is causing it to retard a bunch, but I can't think of a good way to check it out. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
