System Check Lights will not go off 200

1983 DL Auto with 110k miles.
After starting, the Lamda, Battery, Brake, Brake Failure, and the Bulb Failure lights will not go off as before. The car runs fine with no other problems. Is this a gound or short problem ? Is this problem related to the thin red wire on the back of the alternator as suggested by B.C. as few posts down ?
