Brake Bleeding and OD 200

First of all, the Haynes lists some really weird bleeding order where you switch around to different calipers alot. I read on here something different once. What is the correct order to bleed the brakes?
Also, the OD seems to be half engaging when cold. I'll hit the button and feel the car kind of shudder for 5-10 seconds and then feel it kick in. Seems ok when it gets good and hot. Any ideas (4 gear safety switch seems on or off, not a delayed engagement from what I read)? Thanks
