760 versus 740 Seats 700

Hey Gang:

I've got an '88 760 Turbo and the drivers seat is a little worn and have a great opportunity to purchase a pair of seats from a 740..my questions are this:

A) Are the seat identical???? My 760 has dual power seats. My last 740 had only manual seats.

B) Is the job that big or hard? I read the FAQ on seat removal.....

C) Will 740 seats fit/work in a 760?????

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!!
