740 TUNEUP, HELP!!!! 700 1987

Can anyone provide information on what to do for a basic tune up on a 740 non-turbo? I cleaned the throttle body as best I could and that helped somewhat but I'm still experiencing serious hesitation on acceleration and it seems to be more distinct on a rand hand turn for some reason. The motor has 240K and runs perfect otherwise. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Thom
