740 and others w/washer nozzle cleanout method- 700

Hey all. W/Washer didn't work, and that's no good when there's a ton of sand on the roads like here in CT. I found the 700/900 FAQ helpful as always- I checked operation of the check valve at my desk with the output side of my Mityvac.

After checking that it was good, I hooked the Mityvac output up to the nozzles, pumped it a few times, noticed that air started to make wooshing noises in the right places, and Voila nozzles work great.

No I don't work for Mityvac but I'm glad I bought one. If you've got one it's a great tool for checking operation and cleaning...

Now to figure out why the headlight wipers don't operate. Fluid is working, but wipers are not. Do the lights need to be on for these to operate?
