I had the same trouble. Car would start fine but idle was low, no high rev morning warm-up. (and we've been in the 30's most mornings around here)

Just cleaned my throttle body and while I haven't set idle with a dwell/tach meter I did adjust it approximately with the dashboard tach. Now on start up it runs about 1200 rpm until the engine warms up then drops to 750 or so.

You probably want to get a new TB gasket. There about a dollar from the dealer.
