Turn signals don't work but blinkers do 200 1993

I just bought a 1993 240 wagon yesterday. The turn signals won't work but the emr-0flashers do. I checked the fuses (both flasher #9 and signals #5). No corrosion and fuses are good. When I turn the signals on there's a loud buzzing under the dash. I will try replasing the flasher. Does anyone know where it is on the 93? Maybe pull the panel and listen for the noise. Which panel should I take off? Would NAPA carry the part?

This car has 36,000 miles. Now I'm wondering why I bought it. I've already broken the map case on the driver's door in two places. One would think on the last year made a compitant car company would have upgraded to a better plastic. The original owner told me the master cyclender went out and had to be replased. The overdrive light is itermitant. The light comes on when I start the car sometimes I will check the relay sodering as advise. I'm betting this is it becase when I bang on the dash it will go out sometimes.
