Looking for instructions 200 1984

Yes, you have cis, which is more properly called "K-jetronic."

For an intercooler, look through the boneyards for a late '84 or an '85 240 turbo. These came with intercooler (IC), and you may be able to buy and transplant the stuff. Keep in mind that the wastegate actuator on the IC cars use a heavier spring. You'll need to also get the actuator. Most likely the large silicone hoses will be rotted or gone, so plan to buy those.

I agree with 245boy -- the Bentley book "Bosch Fuel Injection and Engine Management, How to Understand, Service and Modify," by Charles Probst, is first rate. I refer to mine often because of it's superb explanations.

Review it here.
