Start/No Start/No Start/No Start AAAAHHHHHH! 200 1982

So I thought I had it all worked out when I checked the ground from the chassis to the engine and got the brickette to start (264 series). Ran all over town, start, start and start again. Today I go to take it back to my Mom's and SQUAT, nothing happening. I thought that it might be a coil problem but the starter and the coil are not on the same electrical loop.

So what is it? Could this be an ECU thing? Recently a relay was in-lined to the in tank fuel pump ground to chassis for the hard start problem, but I don't even hear the solenoid kicking in. Got lights and everything but KAKA when I turn the ignition over. Anyone?
