Engine mount questions 700 1985

Thasnks for the info guys. Apparently my dad's mechanic changed the one next to the oil filter but never changed the other one. My guess is that it got oil soaked and deteriorated more than the other one which is quite compressed looking now. I can see why it would get oil on it. The oil filter on the turbo 230 engine is pretty hard to get at.
