Wagon Wire harness questions, once more. 200 1984

1984 245 tailgate harness questions:

1. Where is the best place to buy new harnesses?
2. My rear wiper no longer works (bad motor for sure), which side harness?
3. My license plate lites and rear defrost no longer work, which side again?
4. Do the harnesses run underneath the headliner (I have the thin vinyl
type with bow's I think? If not then where?

Any help or instructions/advice on this matter is helpful.
