Charging issues part 2 200 1986

Well, I checked the voltage of my battery and it seems not too low--about 12.4 volts when not running and up to 14 volts when running. The problem, however, comes when I turn the blower motor on (which is brand new and happened before and after switch) and when I turn the headlights on. When either is turned on, the voltage coming out of the battery goes down to 12.4 again with the engine on at idle. When that happens, the voltage on the voltmeter goes down from around 14 to around 12, the lights dim, and the blower motor slows down. So if it's not a weak batter as people thought before, what could it be? Thanks yet again to anyone who can offer help on this...it just seems like the blower and lights which draw high current are too much for the alternator at idle or something...yup...tata!
