Running rich and running rough

Unfortunately, I don't have any manuals. This is the first 240 to give me problems. Where do I find the fuel regulator in order to do the swap? It may save me $500+ to locate the failed component myself. I have an 86 240 wagon and an 87 240 sedan. I believe most of the parts to be interchangeable. Thanks for your help Don.
