240 GL in Minneapolis 200 1987

Folks, I've enjoyed learning about the 240 from you and restoring ours over the past three years. It came from Texas and has been an excellent vehicle. Unfortunately, "Daisy" has come to no good at the hands of a drunk driver. The repairs required are beyond what I can hope to accomplish here without my full shop in Alaska so... if anyone has interest in her please let me know before we cave in to the insurance company and let her go to the salvage yard. I'll be happy to provide more details off list. Photos are at: http://www.KayakAK.com/Volvo

Thanks to everyone for their advise over the years and Happy New Year 2003!

Jim
