Replaced AMM, now got code 113 (fuel injector fault) 200

I think I FINALLY found the problem with the intermittant poor idle and part throttle cruising miss. I replaced the AMM with a rebuilt one from Python and all seems well. This was a revelation to me as I thought the AMM typically failed in a no start mode. Only problem is that as I pulled back into the driveway after an extended test ride, the check engine light came on. Code 113 (fuel injector fault) was the only thing that came up. Does anyone know (1) what this typically means, and (2) why it could come up after replacing the AMM? Thanks.
