power steering rack replacement 900 1992

I need to know the cost of replacing my power steering rack. I am pretty sure that is the problem. My '92 960 is hard to steer and in cold weather it is real hard to steer. I think I have found a rebuilt rack at Jorgen's Automotive but how much is the labor?
