Looking for a 145E with auto tranny 140-160 1974

I've been scouring ipd, eBay, CollectorCarsonline, etc with no luck so far.

Perhaps an enthusiast at this site might have a lead on a late-model rustfree 145E, preferably with a/c and p/s in addition to the a/t already mentioned above.

I noticed in a December post that someon named Marshall had a lead on a '74 145E with a 'bad' distributor, but I can't find an email addy for him. I can be reached at joekirkby@aol.com should someone wish to contact me off-list.
