Leaker found!

I will replace that other rubber hose that was next to the leaker. What is this part? It isn't on my 95 940 or my 90 760. Of course Haynes only goes up to 88 so that book is useless. Does the Grimshaw Volvo bible book cover these models in any detail? Someone mentioned an water to oil cooler. Is this why there is no radiator mounted oil cooler like on the 90 760?
