Buying 84 245ti - 200

Bricksters,
I have found the turbo wagon I have been looking for - I think. The guy seems very sincere and knows his bricks better than I. And I have read the FAQ's and many posts here in the forums as background research. In a few weeks I am going to cross the state and pick this one up. Can you offer any advice for things to look for before cementing the deal? Currently I have an 85 244 GL - that will be on the market a few months after buying the wagon - so I am aware of most 240 issues such as flame traps, crappy ac, well well rust, wiring harneses...and on and on. What I need from you fellow brick pilots and crew chiefs is the subtle things unique to the 84 245ti. I need to know the "run away from the car quickly" information.

Thanks you in advance -

This is the description by the seller:

I have 2 - 245 turbo projects in the works...neither one completely finished. #1 is intercooled, has nifty paint job, a few wiring issues and a motor issue that I'm working on. I put a new headgasket on (shaved head), water pump, thermostat, wiring harness, timing belt, plugs, wires, drive belts, new intank pump, new injector and seals, etc. It needs a windshield. I need a few warm days to finish it. Suspension/brakes, etc. have not been dealt with yet. It is a 4-speed with OD. This car had sat since 1998! Shows about 140K. Has had the motor serviced to the nines...I'd expect with regular oil/filter changes (at 2000 miles) it would go another 50,000 without a bit of service. At that time I would do the timing belt, and repack or replace the tensioner bearing. I cleaned and repacked it but you can't hardly get any grease into it without completely tearing it apart, hardly worth it. I need to weld up the exhaust system in a couple of spots, the muffler and tailpipe appears to be in good shape, almost new. Motor mounts look ok. Tranny mount is kinda squishy. I will look at the front and rear bushings and give u a determination.
