Aaack! Regina vs. Bosch fuel system 900 1995

Hi folks.

So, I *thought* I had a Regina fuel system. Now I'm not so sure.

I took some pictures. see 'em at http://logsoft.com/volvo/fuelpump/

Maybe you can shed some light on which system i've got, and where the in-line pump lives, if it's a Bosch system?

Things that look Bosch-ish:
- cylindrical ignition coil
- Bosch MAF sensor
- in-tank pump is a Bosch, and looks like a primer pump photo in the parts book at the auto parts store.
- the in-tank pump has spade terminals, so no soldering like other Regina folks have said.

Things that make me think I have a Regina system:
- I got the crazy idea from a table somewhere
- I can only find one fuel pump!

Other weirdness:
The fuel pump relay is just a regular 5 terminal DPST relay, not a funny one like others have described, and like i've seen in the wiring diagrams.

I've definitely had a fuel pump failure. It was flaky for a while, and I learned to listen for it. Sometimes it wouldn't start, and I couldn't hear the pump during those times. I do have power at the pink lead going to the tank.

I pulled the in-tank pump last night. Ugh. the access panel is flat on the floor, but the tank access is at a 45 angle. not so easy to access things.

I followed the fuel line from the tank pump (it's green) all the way from the quick-connect, to the filter under the driver's seat, up by the trans dipstick, and to the fuel rail. there's no other pump to be found.

What's going on? I just can't find the in-line pump?

Thanks.

/chris
