Oil light on acceleration 200 1987

What causes my oil light to come on momentarily or stutter on/off when I accelerate from a dead stop? I put a white sheet under my 240DL overnight to see if there were any oil leaks but I had no oil spots after this test. Also, the oil was change just recently about a month and a half ago, I have checked the oil every other day for the past week and it has not gone down and the oil has that almost amber color like the color of newly changed oil after 2 or so weeks. Otherwise she has not lost any power or response just this oil light problem, Any help is appreciated, thanks.
