Main fuel pump runs continuously with key on, engine not running

My 93 245's main fuel mump runs continuously when the key is turned on. I could have sworn that last week it only ran a few seconds if the key was turned on and then stopped. What could be causing this? Changing the fuel pump relay doesn't help. I have replaced alot of parts recently, including the ECT, RPM sensor, knock sensor, plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. Thanks.
