low ?spark 965 -95 900 1995

hi again

my 965 -95 will not start, it runs ok on key, get fuel and almost want to start
but no... changed the spark plugs and noticed that the spark was nearly invisible
is there any change that the ignition module is bad? if so where is it located
or could it be something else
