Where is the fuel pump relay? 700 1988

I'm getting together a package of spares and tools to send ahead of me so I'll have them on hand when I fly and retrieve my car. I don't even want to try and get some of this stuff through airport security and won't check a bag.

It's been suggested I carry a spare fuel pump relay which I thought was a great tip. Looking in my Haynes manual though I don't see it identified as one of the relays in the fuse & relay panel behind the ashtray. Did Haynes goof or is it located elsewhere?

Also, I'm sending spare belts. I see at FCPGroton that three are available, A/C (won't need for this trip), Power Steering and Alternator. I'll carry both of those but which belt drives the water pump on the B230FT? I thought of carrying a spare timing belt but after reading the replacement proceedure don't see it as a side of the road repair. It was replaced 50,000 miles ago.

Is it really neccessary to remove the crank pulley to replace the t belt? Anyone out there actually perform this replacement on the shoulder?

Thanks,
