Interseting. Ct is moving away from State run facilities. New Jersey just went to all state run facilities..4 hour lines I was told and New York is private but they are on the fence. They were talking about the State run emmision stations. I guess I have nothing to do all day then get my Safety inspection at one place and my Emmissions somewhere else.
