boosting to the limit 700

I am building a verry high hp b-230 turbo and am folowing turbo bricks plans so the it will be able to take a lot of boost without side effect but the plans eventualy call for swap out of the turbo for a bigger one (Garret T-3/4) if i want to keep running up my boost but my question is, how much boost will the mitsubishi td04 turbo produce before it topps out, also the Garret T-3? i need to know how important a buying a new turbo would be (big ones are spendy).
