Differences in FI systems 79-80 and 81- 200

A buddy of mine has a two 80 240s. He's afraid of "computers" and says the 81 and above cars all have "computers" on the FI system. I've got an '82 turbo with K-jet and am pretty sure I don't have a computer. So who can school me here? When did LH become standard on 240s? What's the injection system on 80 called? And does my Kjet have a computer?

Also, one of his cars has 4 square headlights and one has 2 round. He swears they're both '80's Whats up with that?
