Location of Fuel Filter on 1992 740 Wagon 700 1992

I'm looking for the location of the fuel filter on my 1992 740 Wagon. It's got the normally aspirated, 4-cylindar engine.

On three occasions now the engine had died near a low idle. Each time I have waited just 30 seconds or so, cranke dth eengine and after a couple of tires it seems to run fine.

I think it's a fuel dirty filter or some water in the gas tank.

Any advice or thoughts?

Matt
