Having a problem with 85 240 radio... 200

I can obviously see where the main wiring harness goes (the one with the constant 12V, the ground, the illumination wires) but I cannot see where the two wire harness goes. THis two wire harness has an orange and a black wire, my guess a switched 12V and a ground.
I am also wondering what the blue and green wires are coming out of the radio, but since there are no speaker wires coming out of the radio, i guess these go to the amp....WHICH leads me to my MAIN QUESTION, I am replacing the radio with a 6141 radio, the fuses in the back of the radio are good, the main harness is connected, the 2 wire harness (explained above) is not connected, and neither is the power antenna because I don't have one. If I seek for stations on the radio it will stop at the appropriate stations around my area; however, I have no sound. I have not yet tested, with a voltmeter, if there is anything coming out of the amp...but I was hoping that someone might be able to point me in a certain direction. I would appreciate any help.
